Materials We Work With

We select materials based on performance, strength, heat resistance, flexibility, and application requirements.

PPS

Polyphenylene Sulfide

Ultra-high-performance polymer with extreme chemical inertness, flame retardancy, and continuous heat resistance above 200°C. Ideal for under-the-hood automotive, chemical handling, and aerospace brackets.

PPA

Polyphthalamide

High-performance, high-temperature engineering thermoplastic belonging to the nylon family. Often reinforced with carbon or glass fiber, it delivers metal-like strength, superior heat resistance, and significantly lower moisture absorption.

PA

Polyamide / Nylon

High tensile strength, extreme durability, and friction-wear resistance. Ideal for living hinges, gears, bushings, and bearings.

PC

Polycarbonate

Extremely rigid and highly impact-resistant. It can handle temperatures up to 110°C. Best suited for structural brackets, safety gear, and high-heat automotive parts.

CF

Carbon Fiber Reinforced

PETG, PC, PA, PPA, PPS

Embeds carbon fibers into a base polymer to create parts with a superior strength-to-weight ratio. Excellent for drone frames, RC cars, and lightweight fixtures.

ASA

Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate

Offers the exact same impact resistance and thermal properties as ABS but adds excellent UV resistance, making it the top choice for outdoor parts like automotive trim and exterior enclosures.

ABS

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

Tough, shock-absorbent, and able to withstand heat up to 90°C. Perfect for tool housings, drop-resistant enclosures, and consumer goods.

TPU

Thermoplastic Polyurethane

A highly flexible, rubber-like elastomer known for excellent impact absorption and abrasion resistance. Ideal for industrial gaskets, vibration dampeners, protective cases, and wearable grips.

PETG

Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol

A versatile, tough polymer known for excellent chemical resistance, high impact strength, and virtually no warping. Ideal for mechanical parts, shop fixtures, outdoor housings, and liquid containers.

PLA

Polylactic Acid

Most popular, easy-to-use material for 3D printing. Made from renewable plant sources like corn starch or sugar cane, it is eco-friendly and affordable.
