These are the small black textured covers that sit inside the interior door handle pocket on your Viper, covering the screw/mounting point right next to the silver handle pull.

I mold and cast these myself in durable, high-quality resin. They're surprisingly tricky to produce by hand because of their small size, intricate clip details, and OEM-style texture — which is exactly why they're so hard to find in the Viper community!
